TROUBLESHOOTING I Forgot my username and password? Try using the “forgot password” link at the log-in page. Check your email account for an email with the subject “account creation”. I just made my application but I can not request my course? You can not request courses until your application has been approved.   1. Try a different Browser
  2. Look for a dialog box asking you to display all content— click “yes” to see the page.
  3. Try a different computer or device.
